Returns Are Accepted Only for Damaged or Broken Items

If your item arrives damaged or broken, we’re here to help. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Returns will only be accepted for items that are newly broken or defective upon delivery.

 

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Required

    3. Ship the item back in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked.

Return Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
